At Holme Pierrepont Hall, we cater for anyone looking to hire one or more rooms for an event and we have a number of different rooms to choose from, depending on your needs. So whether you're looking for a venue for a small event or larger gatherings, we have a number of beautiful and historic rooms to choose from.
We cater for events for between 20 and 200 guests and you can choose to either hire the venue on a 'room only' basis - or we can also provide catering at a fixed price per guest or Day Delegate.

The Long GalleryPerfect for conferences, large dinner parties or drinks receptions, The Long Gallery is adorned with family portraits and features Medieval fireplaces, overlooking the magnificent courtyard garden.

The Medieval LodgingsThese two rooms are the oldest part of the house dating from 1500 with their exposed wooden beams and log fires they are very atmospheric and are suited to small dinners and drinks receptions.

The Gardens for Outdoor EntertainingThe gardens and grounds at Holme Pierrepont Hall offer additional atmosphere and space for any kind of event.
The Ballroom and Drawing Room can both be opened up directly into the gardens, making these rooms attractive for summer parties and receptions. We can also cater for larger events with a marquee or outdoor catering, if required. |
Business Meetings, Conferences and Seminars
All of our reception rooms can bet set up for a range of different meeting, seminar or conference room layouts.
Theatre Style layouts are perfect for presentations and seminars where event organisers want to maximise occupancy and delegate or guest numbers. Cabaret or Classroom style layouts are laid out with tables in a round or square format and are suitable for dinners and conferences. Boardroom style layouts typically feature a single large table and are suitable for AGMs, Team Briefings, Interviews and meetings for fewer than 30 people. Private Parties
Holme Pierrepont Hall is the perfect venue for holding a private party, combining an atmosphere filled with heritage with delicious food and drink.
We cater for dinner parties, drinks receptions, Christmas parties and many other social gatherings and our function rooms can be hired on a 'Venue Only' hire basis - either with or without catering as preferred. The venue is licensed to hold private parties until Midnight 12am and we can cater for firework displays, with sufficient notice. |
