Snowdrop Gardens and Woodland
Open from Sunday 10th January 2021 - 11am to 4pm
We're delighted to announce that we'll be opening the gardens daily* for the Snowdrop season throughout January and February.
We have a plethora of naturalised and planted Snowdrops and other winter flowering bulbs throughout the estate for you and the family to enjoy. You can even bring your well-behaved dogs on a lead! Warming takeaway refreshments are available from Rob's quaint Boxed Drinks 200 Degree Coffee van on Sundays. Blow the cobwebs off with a hot drink and a relaxing stroll through the Grade II listed gardens, woodland and parkland. Remember to wear footwear suitable for getting muddy as the paths are natural earth and grass. This may also make accessibility tricky for some visitors such as wheelchair and pushchair users. Please ask for details regarding accessibility which varies according to the weather. Please note that due to current Coronavirus restrictions, tickets must be purchased online in advance and toilet facilities will not be available as the house is closed to the public. Entry costs £5.00 per adult, Children and Historic House members are FREE although still need a ticket to enter. To purchase tickets, click on the secure button link below. *Closed Saturdays |
