Exhibitor Registration for Cars and Vehicles
Owners of cool, classic and quirky vehicles are invited to exhibit at this event for FREE although all vehicles MUST be registered and accepted for attendance at this event by no later than 20th June 2021.
Exhibitors should register all vehicles by submitting the form below. We will then contact you in advance of the event with details of your allocated pitch and parking details. All exhibitors must arrive ready for exhibition between 9am and 10.45am on the day of the event (Sunday 11th July 2021). Please note that no car preparation facilities are available on-site. |

All exhibitors are encouraged to remain statically parked for the duration of the event between 11am and 4pm. Marshalls will be available on the day, to escort exhibitors to and from their pitch. Exhibitors are encouraged to remain on their allocated pitch throughout the event although any exhibitor wishing to leave before the end of the event will need to be escorted off-site by a site marshall, via a dedicated exhibitor exit.
Exhibitors will be provided with a car detail poster on entry, which should be displayed in the vehicle for visitors to understand more about your pride and joy. This is to support social distancing at the event and prevent you from being inundated with the same queries from members of the public!
Other attractions at this event may be available, subject to the lifting of government restrictions on June 21st and we will advise you about details of these, as and when we know more next month.
In the meantime though, please contact us if you have any queries and we look forward to seeing you (and your friends) on the day!
